History

Associated Creditors Exchange was founded in Phoenix in 1971. In 1987, the privately held company was fully acquired by current ACE Global President and CEO Joe Berardi and a second call center was opened in Chicago. In 2004, ACE opened its call center in Costa Rica and expanded it in 2008. That same year, ACE opened its call center in the Philippines. Today, ACE Global has more than 1,000 employees around the world and a senior management team with more than 150 years of combined experience in the call center and BPO industries.

Matthew J. Berardi has been an attorney for 38 years, specializing in civil trials, particularly appellate briefings and business acquisitions. For the past 20 years, he has served as general counsel for ACE Inc. and ACE Global Inc.
