Collection Programs for Business:

• Predictive Dialing – ACE’s Mosaix dialer system allows multiple campaigns based in multiple time zones, using flexible selection criteria. It gives us the ability to contact a large volume of accounts at a low cost. ACE currently places over 2.2 million agent-attended calls per month. Virtual campaigns account for over 1 million outbound calls.
• Early Out Programs (Outsourcing) – ACE handles receivables prior to charge-off (5 to 150 days delinquent) as an extension of the clients business office. This program reduces the number of days accounts are in accounts receivable, increases cash flow and reduces ultimate write-offs. This program is tailored to each client’s specific requirements.
• Contingency Collections – ACE undertakes the collection of charged-off debt for fees based on collection success. The fee will vary with placement volume, type of business and average account balance. Typical clients would be banks (bankcard and/or installment loans), retailers, oil companies, hospitals, utility companies, phone companies, educational institutions and mortgage lenders.
